Insurance Policy Manager

We're seeking a customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our clients.
About the Job:- This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver outstanding customer service and handle insurance policies with precision.
- The ideal candidate will be able to effectively address customer queries and instructions, as well as offer expert guidance across various product lines.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Deliver excellent customer service through inbound and outbound interactions.
- Handle motor, household, and van insurance policies efficiently.
- Liaise with insurance companies to resolve customer queries and instructions.
- Provide expert guidance across 15 product lines to ensure customers make informed decisions.
- Process insurance policies in accordance with compliance standards and regulations.
- Manage customer payments effectively.
- Achieve weekly, monthly targets, and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Show a goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.
- Possess strong product knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Display exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
- Prior experience in fast-paced environments is desirable but not essential.
