As a key member of our Personal Lines Team based in Ennis, you will work closely with customers to provide exceptional service and guidance across various product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and handle inquiries related to Motor, Household, and Van Insurance Policies.
- Liaise with insurance companies to resolve customer queries and instructions.
- Process insurance policies adhering to compliance standards and GDPR regulations.
- Manage customer payments and achieve weekly, monthly targets, and satisfy Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, being goal-oriented and target-driven.
- Excellent product knowledge and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a professional appearance and attitude.
