Customer Service Representative

About the Opportunity:

  • We are a dynamic retail organization seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Parteen Branch Co-Op Superstores.
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store presentation, and contributing to our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Provide expert advice on products, handle customer queries efficiently, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  2. Store Presentation: Restock display areas regularly, ensure product availability, and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the store.
  3. Point of Sale Processes: Manage cash, card, and credit transactions, adhere to security policies, and participate in regular stock taking.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role is desired but not essential. Relevant experience in sales or customer service would be an advantage.
  • Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, good interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong team player attitude.
