Sell properties through live auctions. Responsibilities include taking in properties for sale, conducting viewings and dealing with offers, preparing sales advice notes, collecting deposits, and managing lettings.

Key Requirements:
  • Approved Property Auctioneer Qualifications
  • Experience in property sales or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of local market conditions and regulations
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Managing Lettings: Taking in properties to let, doing an inventory of furniture and effects, setting rent, advertising and interviewing potential tenants, getting past landlord and employer references, checking references and discussing with owner as to most desirable tenants
  • Collecting first month's rent and deposit, preparing and submitting letting agreements
