Our client is one of Ireland's leading structural steel fabricators working on exciting high-value projects.

They have a large facility providing design and manufacturing services.

Due to increased workload, they are seeking a skilled Tekla Detailer to join their team.

In this role, you will produce GA drawings, fabrication details, and BOMs using Tekla 3D.

You will create 3D models and fabrication drawings from site surveys, architects' drawings, and structural engineers' details.

The role is primarily office-based, but there may be occasional meetings with customers.

Responsibilities include liaising with different teams and customers.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience working within structural steel in construction, including secondary steelwork, staircases, mezzanines, and industrial & agricultural portal frame buildings.
  • Experience using Tekla and/or StruCAD to produce drawings.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of cladding systems is an advantage but not essential.

Key responsibilities for this position include creating detailed 3D models and generating accurate fabrication drawings. As a Tekla Detailer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery of our client's high-value projects.
