Project Lead

Civil and Structural Engineering plays a pivotal role in Ireland's transition to a low-carbon future, partnering with developers, utilities, and public sector stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge renewable energy projects.

This involves managing the full project lifecycle of renewable energy developments from concept to commissioning.

  • The ideal candidate will possess expertise in project planning, budgeting, risk management, scheduling, and reporting.
  • A degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Environmental, or related discipline) is required, along with PMP or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the renewable energy or infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing multidisciplinary teams including engineers, environmental consultants, planners, and contractors.
  • Coordinating project activities, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Scheduling meetings and reports with clients, regulatory authorities, landowners, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale energy or infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of Irish planning and regulatory frameworks for renewable energy.
  • Familiarity with grid connection processes in Ireland and working knowledge of environmental impact assessments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
