Catering Assistant Role

We are seeking a Catering Assistant to join our team in the Cork area, working Monday to Friday shifts from 7am to 3pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the team with food preparation and presentation.
  • Prepare different cuisines and meals to high standards.
  • Maintain a clean kitchen environment at all times.
  • Ensure health and safety procedures are followed correctly.
  • Handle cash and card payments efficiently.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen or catering environment.
  • Relevant food safety certificates (manual handling can be completed prior to job commencement).
  • A passion for food and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with flexibility.
