About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Wastewater Network Modeller to join our dynamic team of professionals. As a key member of our Water Consultancy Division, you will play a crucial role in delivering projects across the UK.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in wastewater infrastructure modelling, with excellent technical skills and experience working with InfoWorks ICM and GIS packages.

You will be responsible for providing technical inputs on various UK wastewater infrastructure projects, from feasibility through to detailed design. This will involve collaborating closely with clients, mentoring and training graduate modellers, and contributing to internal innovation sprints and external conferences.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver wastewater infrastructure projects of varying sizes
  • Collaborate closely with clients to ensure they understand model outputs and processes
  • Mentor and train graduate modellers
  • Specify and manage flow surveys
  • Undertake technical lead roles on model build and verification projects
  • Contribute to and check technical reports and presentations
Requirements
  • Strong background in wastewater infrastructure modelling
  • Excellent technical skills and experience working with InfoWorks ICM and GIS packages
  • Project management experience and skills advantageous but not required
  • Chartered with a relevant professional institution (e.g. ICE or CIWEM)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
