Infrastructure Innovation Lead

The Infrastructure Innovation Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of water infrastructure.

  • Design Development: Create innovative designs for network infrastructure, pumping stations, and groundwater abstraction sites, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive feasibility studies, site assessments, Multi-Criteria Assessments, and technical evaluations that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all necessary planning application documents are prepared, maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to drive project success.
  • Project Leadership: Manage the preparation of drawings and other project inputs, providing essential technical guidance and support throughout the entire project lifecycle, promoting effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
About You
  • Education: A relevant Level 8 minimum third-level degree in engineering or a related field is required.
  • Experience: Strong post-qualification experience, ideally within water sector design, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Excellent professional and technical knowledge and skills in water networks, including industry-standard software relevant to water network design.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Team Player: The ability to work both independently and as a valued member of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team, driving project outcomes through collective effort.
  • Problem Solver: Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail, enabling you to navigate complex challenges and deliver results-oriented solutions.
