Project Lead - Water Infrastructure">

As a Senior Project Lead, you will oversee the delivery of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing technical designs for water and wastewater schemes, including treatment processes, distribution networks, and pumping stations.
  • Managing client expectations to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Mentoring junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10–15 years' experience in a similar engineering role, with at least 5 years in water/wastewater design and build projects.
  • A Level 8 Honours Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and deliver complex infrastructure projects.
