Senior Commercial Solicitor Opportunity in Belfast


Located in the heart of Belfast, our legal practice seeks a senior commercial solicitor to join their dynamic team.


As a seasoned commercial solicitor, you will work on high-value and often cross-border matters across various industries. Your expertise in complex commercial contracts and agreements will be highly valued, including outsourcing, supply, distribution, technology, and IP-related matters.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on a range of commercial contracts and agreements
  • Leading negotiations and managing client relationships
  • Supporting colleagues on larger projects and running your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Mentoring junior members of the team and contributing to the department's continued success

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE or strong candidates outside of this range
  • Solid experience in commercial law gained at a recognized commercial practice
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to advise clients in a pragmatic, business-focused manner
  • Confidence, ambition, and a collaborative mindset
