At TLI Group, a dynamic and rapidly expanding utilities and infrastructure construction company, we are currently seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Development Specialist to join our Human Resources Department on a full-time permanent basis. This exciting opportunity will enable the successful candidate to play a pivotal role in supporting the Talent Acquisition activities of our organization.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies. They will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for this role, as the Recruitment Development Specialist will be responsible for managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and talent databases, to identify and attract top talent for a variety of positions.
- Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and assessing candidates' qualifications to ensure they align with project requirements.
- Scheduling and facilitating interviews, providing timely feedback, and delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Promoting our company's employer brand and value proposition to attract high-quality candidates.
- Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for present and future hiring needs, leveraging long-term relationships with potential candidates.
- Collaborating with our internal teams to create accurate job descriptions that effectively communicate project responsibilities and requirements.
- Staying informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and best-in-class recruitment strategies to continually enhance our talent acquisition processes.
- Coordinating and administering pre-employment assessments, skills tests, and other selection tools to evaluate candidates' suitability.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with recruitment techniques, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes concurrently.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
