This role is responsible for managing employee life-cycle processes, including payroll, onboarding, offboarding, data management, time and attendance, and transactional tasks.
Salary InformationThe salary range for this position will be competitive based on industry standards.
Job DescriptionThe HR & Payroll Specialist will own and drive employee life-cycle processes, including:
- Payroll: Tie out each payroll processed to ensure accurate payments and tax deductions withheld as scheduled.
- Onboarding: Manage On-boarding and Off-boarding processes to complete all HR activities for newcomers and leavers.
- Data Management: Maintain current knowledge of regulatory policies and procedures governing time collection, payroll processing, and taxation.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Degree with 3+ years of HR, payroll, call center or similar experience working with high-volume transactions and managing vendors.
- Proven track record of managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Process-driven individual with a strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems.
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement.
- Intermediate level MS Office skills required.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills with all levels of the organization.
This role offers a range of benefits, including:
- Experience administering HR systems, PeopleSoft and Taleo preferred.
- HR policy and program administration experience beneficial.
In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be expected to:
- Manage customer queries via ServiceNow, aiming for first contact resolution.
- Collaborate with other HR Partners to ensure alignment with global/regional processes.
- Support enterprise/system/process improvement implementations (where applicable).
