Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Montessori educator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a supportive and stimulating learning environment for young children, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A good knowledge of the Siolta and Aistear Framework is necessary to ensure high-quality education and care practices.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in planning, implementing, observing, and stimulating the daily, weekly, and monthly curriculum.
- They should be able to develop appropriate learning activities that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of children.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment, while ensuring the well-being and safety of children, is also crucial.
- Establishing positive relationships with parents and fostering open communication is vital for the success of this role.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching and learning are essential qualities for this position.
