Business Transformation Opportunities for Commercial Accountants

• We are seeking an experienced Commercial Accountant to join our team as a strategic business partner.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Providing actionable insights to support commercial decision-making through data analysis
2. Maintaining the integrity and consistency of operational data across multiple systems
3. Enhancing operational dashboards and trend analysis tools to drive informed decision-making
4. Developing and tracking key performance metrics to measure business success
5. Evaluating and supporting optimisation initiatives and capital investment projects from a financial perspective
6. Identifying areas for continuous improvement and driving a Lean operational agenda
7. Collaborating with cross-functional project teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years' experience in finance, preferably in manufacturing or production-based environments
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret data to influence stakeholders
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of financial systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal
• Experience working with BI tools and operational systems is advantageous
