We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to lead our CPU Design Verification team. This individual will be responsible for defining, modeling, designing, optimizing, verifying, validating, implementing, and documenting IP (block/SoC) development for high-performance, high-quality, low-power world-class products.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Chip Architects to validate CPU and SOC level micro-architectures.
- Develop detailed Test and Coverage plans based on architecture and micro-architecture.
- Create Verification Methodology, ensuring scalability and portability across environments.
- Design and develop Verification environment, including Stimulus, Checkers, Assertions, Trackers, and Coverage.
- Execute Verification Plans, including Design Bring-up, DV environment Bring-up, Regressions enabling all features under your care, and Debug of test failures.
- Monitor and report DV progress using various metrics, including Bugs and Coverage.
- Deep knowledge of Micro-Processor Verification functions and Architectures, including Cache Coherence, Memory ordering and Consistency, Prefetching, Branch Prediction, Renaming, Speculative execution, and Address Translation/Memory Management.
- Experience in leading a small team of Verification engineers performing CPU Verification.
- Advanced techniques such as Formal, Assertions, and Silicon bring up are beneficial.
- In-depth knowledge of Micro-processor functions, Architectures, and Micro-architectures.
- Ability to develop and work independently on a Block/Unit of the design.
