Job Opportunity

The Distribution Specialist will be responsible for all warehousing activities, including goods receipt, sampling, materials handling, picking, shipping, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Perform routine administrative and/or physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of products/inventory using customer's Oracle EBS system
  • Inventory Management: Input information regarding the movement and handling of products in a computerized inventory system and organise and maintain accurate records associated with Distribution activities.
  • Distribution Process Handling: Perform routine transactions associated with Distribution processes through internal and external computer systems
  • Quality Control: Adhere consistently to SOPs and cGMPs
  • Error Reporting: Escalate deviations in process or product to FSP Manager, to ensure on-time delivery of material and return of rejected or unsuitable orders
  • Product Preparation: Preparation and shipment of product from the customer's distribution centre
  • Product Inspection: Physically examine incoming or outgoing shipments, products or samples to ensure they meet specifications and match paperwork and identify and record deviations, and escalate to the FSP Manager
