Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Delivery and Installation Specialist to join our team. As an installer, you will be responsible for delivering and installing appliances, removing old appliances, managing PODs, responding to customer inquiries, and upholding our brand standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Delivery and Installation of Appliances: Ensure timely and efficient delivery and installation of appliances to customers.
  • Removal of Old Appliances: Safely remove and dispose of old appliances from customer premises.
  • POD Management: Effectively manage and maintain the physical condition of appliances during transportation.
  • Customer Enquiries and Follow-ups: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
  • A clean driver's license category B is required.
  • Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment is essential.
  • You should have a basic understanding of electrical and plumbing systems.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
  • You must be well-organized and adept at problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
