Construction Operations Manager

Job Title: Project Manager - Construction Operations
We are seeking an experienced project manager to oversee day-to-day operations on a large civil engineering project. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
- Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and labour to ensure efficient workflows.
- Implement construction plans in line with project drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Coordinate plant, equipment, and materials to avoid delays.
- Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and progress meetings.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and performance against project targets.
- Report daily progress and issues to the Site Manager/Project Manager.
- Resolve on-site challenges to maintain programme delivery.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Foreman or project manager on civil engineering projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Irish construction regulations and safety standards.
