Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to play a key role in shaping Ireland's infrastructure and transportation future.

In this position, you will oversee multi-disciplinary projects, lead design processes, manage contracts and commercial aspects, mentor junior team members, develop tender proposals, and lead bids to secure new business. You'll collaborate with key industry partners to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee multi-disciplinary projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  2. Lead design processes, developing innovative solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
  3. Manage contracts and commercial aspects, including negotiation, agreement, and settlement.
  4. Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
  5. Develop tender proposals, identifying business opportunities and creating compelling pitches to secure new work.
  6. Collaborate with key industry partners, building relationships and driving project success.

Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering (Level 8/9) with 5+ years of post-graduate experience, ideally within a consultancy setting.
  • Experience delivering multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects in Ireland or the UK.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
