Responsibilities:

  • Manage NEC4 contracts ensuring compliance with contractual provisions.">
  • Administer claims and disputes in accordance with NEC4 procedures.">
  • Provide advice to project teams on managing claims and resolving disputes.">
  • Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.">
  • Oversee change management processes under NEC4 guidelines.">
  • Engage with internal teams, contractors, and regulators to address project challenges.">

Qualifications:

">
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or construction management (Master's degree preferred).">
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience managing contract railway or infrastructure projects.">
  • Expertise in claims management and dispute resolution processes under NEC4.">
  • Strong understanding of railway systems and compliance requirements.">
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.">
