Job Opportunity: Data Insights Specialist

About the Role
  • We are seeking a skilled professional to investigate and resolve reported issues via ticketing systems, ensuring timely responses to client requests and addressing potential abuse on our platform.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for enforcing clients' Terms of Use by monitoring reports and staying informed about client products and community standards.
  • This role requires utilizing market-specific knowledge and insights to develop scalable solutions for improved community support, as well as gathering and analyzing data to drive user experience improvements.
  • The ideal candidate will recognize trends and patterns, escalating issues outside company policy to the global team and identifying inefficiencies in workflows to suggest effective solutions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong ability to work in a pressured environment with high adaptability and a positive approach to challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication, empathy, and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills, with a focus on meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on time.
  • Fluency in market language on a near-native level (C1-C2) in oral and written communication, with an in-depth understanding of culture and social trends in the region.
