Job Title: Trading and Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Trading and Data Insights Specialist. In this role, you will play a central part in the delivery of our ambitious strategy to remediate and transform the business by developing our data capability and delivering actionable insights.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

About the Role

This is a broad and challenging role that encompasses building out a fit-for-purpose Management Information suite, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, and displayed using the best tools available to us. You will also be responsible for continuous monitoring of performance to plan along a broad suite of metrics including business, financial, and operational.

You will work closely with our marketing team to develop conversion, retention, and propensity modelling, allowing us to effectively match spend to opportunity.

  • Building data pipelines using data analysis techniques to solve business problems;
  • Maintaining and improving reporting capability in both trading/operations and financials;
  • Deriving insights from analysis of large internal or external data sets and recommending potential business uses;
  • Using these insights to build, measure, and enable journeys for both GI & Health Recanvas;
  • Supporting the monthly production of monitoring processes for allocated classes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree-level education in a scientific, analytic, or business-related field. Strong written and verbal skills are essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical development.

You should also have strong partnering skills and the ability to work within a collaborative team environment. Introductory-level project management skills would be an advantage.

Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline (Scientific, Analytical, Business);

Strong written and verbal communication skills;

Able to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences;

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams;

Introductory knowledge of project management methodologies.
