Overview

This role is pivotal in driving business transformation by leveraging data capabilities to deliver actionable insights.

The successful candidate will play a key part in developing a management information suite, monitoring performance across various metrics, collaborating on conversion and retention modelling, and identifying ways to engage customers using technology.

  • Developing trading packs and participating in insurer trading meetings
  • Managing Renewal & Recanvas campaigns, measuring effectiveness, prioritising campaigns, and identifying high-potential segments based on data insights
  • Building close relationships with internal colleagues and external partners

The analyst will support Trading Management to deliver the annual objective setting process, build data pipelines, maintain and improve reporting capability, and derive insights from large datasets.

Skill Requirements:

  • Degree level education (scientific/analytic or business background)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
