Key Responsibilities
  • We require an individual to develop a management information system, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and effective display using available tools.
  • Performance monitoring along various metrics including business, financial, and operational will be a continuous task.
  • Collaboration is essential in developing conversion, retention, and propensity modeling to match marketing spend with opportunities effectively.
  • The successful candidate will identify and implement the most effective ways to engage customers and utilize available technology to bring campaigns to life.
  • Ongoing optimization of commission and fees will drive positive business outcomes.
  • Developing trading packs is crucial for business partner engagement; the ideal candidate will enhance our capability and participate in insurer trading meetings.
  • Effective control over renewal and recanvas campaigns involves measuring their effectiveness, prioritizing them, identifying high potential segments based on data insights, and working with both GI and Health Management to ensure they are resourced and executed.
Role Accountabilities
  • Support Trading Management in delivering the annual objective setting process.
  • Build data pipelines using analysis techniques to solve business problems.
  • Maintain and improve reporting capability in trading/operations and financials.
  • Derive insights from large internal or external data sets and recommend potential business uses.
  • Use these insights to build, measure, and enable both GI and Health Recanvas journeys.
  • Assist in developing models based on evidential data to support forward business planning.
  • Review model performances and execute rebuilds and/or adjustments when required.
  • Support monthly production of monitoring processes for allocated classes.
  • Work with internal and external counterparts to ensure best practices are adopted.
  • Establish strong relationships with the Insurer panel and provide actionable insights.
