Job Title: Data Insights Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Insights Expert to join our organization. As a Data Insights Expert, you will play a critical role in analyzing data to develop business insight and strategy, and working collaboratively with multiple teams or departments for business growth or profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights
  • Develop and maintain data firewalls in collaboration with Tech teams and stakeholders
  • Oversee the onboarding of new clients into the organization
  • Create contractually obliged reporting for our clients
  • Create innovative reporting and analytics on clients' financial and drug utilization trends and performance metrics
  • Buil an internal network and understand the purpose and function of the teams who support our clients
  • Identify challenges and opportunities, develop solution and communicate to clients and stakeholders
  • Perform analytics in line with organizational best practice, ensuring cross-functional alignment on methodologies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Data Analytics / Finance / Business intelligence roles or similar
  • Experience analyzing data to develop business insight and strategy
  • Complex problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams or departments
  • Proven Data experience, data extraction, transformation and reporting
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with Data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau)
  • Ability to code in scripting languages (Python / R)
