Quality Measurement Expert

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Measurement Expert to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the integrity of our platforms by conducting expert reviews of content and ads.

You will be responsible for gathering and delivering market-specific insights to inform policy development, process improvements, and tool enhancements. Your expertise will help shape the user experience and ensure that our platforms are safe and trustworthy.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough reviews of content and ads on our platforms to ensure compliance with our community standards and advertiser policies.

  2. Develop and deliver market-specific insights to improve our Integrity outcomes, providing tailored recommendations for improvement.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to communicate insights and drive policy, process, and tool enhancements.

  4. Work with potentially graphic and objectionable content while maintaining a professional and objective approach.

  5. Partner with vendor operations to track feedback and remediation plans, ensuring effective communication and successful outcomes.

  6. Develop and share subject matter expertise across areas of safety, abuse, and account support at a global level.

  7. Contribute to projects enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Quality Expert Review team.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent practical experience; degree must be completed prior to joining.

  • Fluency in written and conversational English and Spanish is essential.

  • Ability to work with potentially graphic and objectionable content.

  • Proven analytical, creative problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis, data-driven decision making, and KPI management.

  • Familiarity with quality assurance and process optimization principles.

  • Self-starting, intellectually curious, and creative individual adept at operating in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrable experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with partners from different functional areas.
