IT Infrastructure Specialist

Job Position:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and versatile IT Infrastructure Specialist to assume a key role in our professional service team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, and cloud-based systems.
• Deliver innovative solutions that meet client specifications and standards.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and clients to ensure successful project execution.
• Document installations, configurations, and project activities for reference purposes.
• Provide on-site or remote support during deployments and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Assist pre-sales teams with technical input for solution design and quotes.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout project lifecycles.
• Share knowledge with internal teams and facilitate handovers.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and health & safety regulations.
• Meet project deadlines and report progress to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in network/server support and installations.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, network services, and security concepts.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, and RDP protocols.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V, and VMware vSphere/ESXi.
• Desirable: familiarity with firewalls (Fortinet) and wireless network implementation.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and IT literacy.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
