
IT Infrastructure Specialist

As an IT Field Engineer, you will collaborate with a technical director to fill a critical role.
Main Responsibilities:- Plan and configure IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud services.
- Deliver new IT solutions and projects to client specifications and standards.
- Work closely with project managers and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Document installations, configurations, and project activities for future reference.
- Provide on-site and remote support during deployments and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Assist pre-sales teams with technical input for solution design and quotes.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Share knowledge with internal teams and facilitate smooth handovers.
- Ensure compliance with security, health, and safety standards and company policies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in network/server support and installations.
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN, network services, and security protocols.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, RDP, and Windows Server operating systems.
- Experience with Active Directory, Hyper-V, and VMware vSphere/ESXi is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with firewalls, preferably Fortinet, and wireless network implementation is beneficial.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
