As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering proactive, action-oriented business partnership and insights to support high-quality growth and maximize the productivity of our Sales team.

","

You will lead a team focused on delivering accurate budgets, forecasts, and actionable insights to guide decision-making, as well as collaborating with Sales leadership on regional go-to-market strategy and execution.

","

Key responsibilities include optimizing sales processes, tools, and systems, generating actionable insights and assessing root causes of business challenges, proposing innovative solutions to business leaders, and proactively driving countermeasures.

","

Additionally, you will develop financial models to influence strategic decision-making around key sales and marketing investments, partner with leaders to implement initiatives to improve sales metrics, and travel within region to understand market conditions, customers, and opportunities to improve productivity.

","

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional business acumen and strategic commercial insight, advanced executive presentation and stakeholder engagement skills, expert financial modeling and analytical proficiency, and superior planning and organizational expertise to meet deadlines.

","

A proven track record of building positive team culture and talent development is also essential, as is the ability to articulate diverse perspectives and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.

Minimum education requirements include a B.S. degree in a finance-related field, with preferred experience in PowerBI and Salesforce, as well as 10+ years' progressive finance and/or sales strategy experience.
