This position involves working as a Commercial Lawyer to support procurement, logistics and supply chain functions in Europe.
Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, providing legal advice and supporting contract transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial law, preferably within a multinational or FMCG environment, and be able to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial and procurement agreements.
- Develop and maintain standard contract templates and playbooks tailored to business needs.
- Provide actionable business-oriented legal advice to internal clients across Europe and globally.
- Qualified solicitor (Ireland or England & Wales) or EU lawyer with a minimum of 7 years PQE.
- Extensive experience in commercial and procurement law, ideally within a multinational or FMCG environment.
- Fluency in another EU language is preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Project management: Solid experience in managing projects for strategic and complex problems with high-level stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
