We are seeking an experienced clinical leader to join our nursing home in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of nurses and healthcare professionals
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care and services
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed

Requirements:

  • A current NMBI registration
  • Leadership experience at CNM or ADON level
  • A warm, person-centred approach to both residents and staff
  • Strong understanding of HIQA standards and clinical governance
  • A calm, supportive leader who leads by example and fosters a positive environment
