Job Opportunity: Leader in Development Infrastructure

A dynamic professional is sought after to lead the Development Infrastructure team in Dublin, Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, ensuring financial performance, and growing the business through project delivery and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide visionary leadership to the Development Infrastructure team.
  • Ensure the region's financial success.
  • Drive business development and work winning within the region with public and private sector clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with current and proposed clients to develop repeat and new business.
  • Establish effective working relationships with internal teams across AECOM's global capabilities.
  • Expand the business and contribute to delivering business targets.
  • Prepare detailed client briefs or fee proposals for client submission and participate in major bids.
  • Oversee the technical delivery and financial performance of projects.
  • Mentor and support the development of team members, including Project Managers and Technical Leads.
  • Manage project teams and represent the team internally and externally at an appropriate level.
