About the Role:

This Staff Grade Physiotherapist position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment at a renowned mental health hospital in South Dublin. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality care to patients with complex mental health needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neuro rehabilitation, ortho rehabilitation, and cardiac rehabilitation. You will be responsible for assessing clients, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will facilitate effective working relationships with colleagues and patients alike.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a clinical caseload of patients with varying mental health conditions
  2. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to support client-centered care
  3. Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care delivery
  4. Document client records accurately and efficiently
  5. Participate in regular review meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Essential Qualifications:
  • Registration on the Physiotherapist register at CORU
  • Minimum two years' experience working with older adults and individuals with neurological conditions
  • Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
