Lead Corporate Finance Professional

Our company seeks a highly skilled and ambitious professional to lead its expanding CORPORATE FINANCE team.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with a strong background in CORPORATE FINANCE, excellent technical skills, and experience working within a corporate finance or transaction services role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advisory services on business purchases, sales, financing, valuation, deal structuring, financial modeling, shareholder agreements, MBOs, strategy, and financial planning.
  • Be a key point of contact for partners and clients on commercial and transactional assignments across the full range of CF services.
  • Project manage various projects and assignments, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Review proposals for new client work and develop client business plans.
  • Liaise with clients, financial institutions, HNW individuals, solicitors, and other intermediaries to deliver exceptional service.
  • Continuously develop your skillset and contribute to the growth and development of our team.

Requirements:

  • ACA / ACCA Qualified (2+ years)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical skills, including financial modeling
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage a team
  • Client-focused and problem-solving abilities
