Human Resources Strategist

This is a strategic role within our organization, responsible for providing best practice HR support to global colleagues.

The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Director and alongside the People Team to deliver high-impact HR solutions that align with our people strategy and business goals.

• Partner with leaders across the organization to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business results.
• Act as a key advisor to senior stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships and influencing decision-making with data-driven insights.
• Manage HR projects such as Graduate Program, Performance Management, Annual Salary Reviews, Staff Retention, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, and other HR Initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers on policy, performance, and people matters – ensuring legal compliance and a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with the HR Director to shape our recruitment strategy and manage the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, assess, and onboard exceptional talent.
• Manage employee relations issues as they arise.
• Share knowledge and mentor other members of the People Team.
• Champion a diverse and inclusive culture.

• 3 Years' experience operating at HR Generalist/BP level.
• Proven ability to drive change and measure success of HR initiatives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Complete understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent People Management skills.
• Confidence dealing with all levels of stakeholders, involving and influencing others.
