Key Roles:

The Sales and Yard Assistant will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the store and yard to high standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer experience, efficiently handling queries and processing sales transactions.
  • Ensure the yard is well-maintained, including loading products for customers and vendors using a forklift when necessary.
  • Conduct regular stock takes of goods in the store and yard.
  • Perform general duties such as merchandising, receiving deliveries, and maintaining store presentation.
  • Be flexible to work in all areas of the store and yard, covering both areas as required.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Agricultural knowledge is desirable.
  • Previous experience in Agri/Retail is ideal.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of spoken and written English fluency.
  • Possession of a valid forklift truck licence is desirable.
