  • Leading and developing the maintenance team
  • Ensuring robust preventive and predictive maintenance systems are in place
  • Overseeing maintenance planning execution and continuous improvement
  • Managing maintenance processes and improving efficiency
Requirements:
  • Fully Electrically or Mechanically trade qualified (Electrician, Fitter, etc)
  • People management (20+ workers) or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in a high-activity production environment
