Renewable Energy Project Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Renewable Energy Project Lead to spearhead the development and execution of renewable energy projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle from concept to commissioning.

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams comprising engineers, environmental consultants, planners, and contractors in delivering large-scale renewable energy projects.
  • Manage project planning, budgeting, risk management, scheduling, and reporting with precision and attention to detail.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, regulatory authorities, landowners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and compliance with health and safety, environmental, and planning regulations.

With your expertise in renewable energy and project management, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward and contributing to the delivery of innovative solutions that make a lasting impact on the environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Environmental, or related discipline); PMP certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the renewable energy or infrastructure sector.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering complex energy or infrastructure projects, with a focus on sustainability and environmental stewardship.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish planning and regulatory frameworks for renewable energy, including grid connection processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and proficient in MS Office Suite.
