Project Management Leadership Opportunity

About Your Role:

We build, operate and maintain onsite, large-scale energy assets like Solar PV and Combined Heat and Power – to help businesses to save the planet and save money.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Health Safety & Environment: Drive a positive safety culture of zero incidents for our customers across all phases of the project.
  • Clients: Deliver exceptional customer experience along the customer journey through direct interactions but also indirectly through delivery.
  • Delivery Accountability: Oversee the financial performance of the project according to schedule.
  • Reporting: Take responsibility for upward reporting of project performance.
  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management including planning, project controls, risk management, document control, cost and action tracking working within the Stage gate process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Project Management: A highly experienced project manager able to operate independently to deliver overall business results.
  • Delivery Track Record: Proven track record of successfully delivering small and large projects for a variety of sectors.
  • HSE: Experience managing HSE in an engineering and construction environment.
  • Technical: Multi-disciplined technical experience but at least one strength in either Solar, CHP or Integrated projects.
  • Construction: Experience in the construction of large complex onsite energy projects working with a mix of in-house and third-party labour.
