Business Development Lead

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Lead to spearhead our growth strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive new business opportunities from prospecting to closing, managing the entire sales cycle with expertise.
  • Negotiate with executive-level decision makers, articulating the value of solutions in high-level discussions.
  • Achieve sales targets by creating tangible value for IT departments with Kaseya's offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage resources and drive sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, ensuring strong Salesforce hygiene throughout the process.
  • Foster a seamless sales experience, from initial meetings to post-sale support.

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in a hunter role, with a proven ability to prospect, cold call leads and close deals successfully.
  • Possess high energy, a driven attitude, and a genuine passion for sales and customer success.
  • Consistently exceed sales goals, focusing on metrics and KPIs to drive business growth.
  • Demonstrate a motivated, competitive, and resilient mindset, always striving for excellence.
  • Exhibit strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM applications (Salesforce) to manage leads, opportunities, and accounts effectively.
