Job Summary

This position oversees supply chain management, production planning, and distribution to global markets.

The role is accountable for leading the supply planning organisation in ensuring timely delivery of product from forecast/demand to plant output in meeting customer, commercial, financial and operational plans.

This role drives strategies for Production & Supply Planning, Materials Management, and Distribution while leading day-to-day activities of the function.

A key member of the site leadership team, the successful candidate will support site-wide initiatives on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.

They must collaborate with key interfaces within the end-to-end supply chain, manufacturing, and between supply chain and commercial functions.

The ideal candidate should be a leader who can drive work across different regions due to their accountability, trustworthiness, credibility, commitment, and intellectual agility.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies
  • Lead day-to-day activities of the supply planning function
  • Collaborate with key interfaces within the supply chain
  • Support site-wide initiatives on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost

Requirements:

Skill and Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
  2. Proven experience in supply chain management and leadership roles
