Beauty Counter Management Opportunity

A renowned beauty brand is seeking an experienced and passionate Counter Manager to lead a dynamic team in the heart of Dublin City and South Dublin.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine love of beauty and makeup, with strong expertise in make-up and beauty techniques.

Key Responsibilities as Beauty/Cosmetic Counter Manager

  • Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service and memorable customer experiences
  • Drive customer service excellence by empowering the team to deliver personalised beauty consultations, building meaningful client relationships, and create loyal customer experiences
  • Offer a strong level of expertise in make-up and beauty techniques
  • Assist customers with make-up queries, including shade matching and using the brand's products
  • Supporting and leading in-store events and masterclasses
  • Lead the daily operations of the beauty counter, ensuring efficient workflows, seamless staff scheduling, and excellent adherence to visual merchandising and brand standards
  • Set and pursue sales targets and KPIs
  • Team management and performance of beauty advisors and makeup artists, providing ongoing feedback, development, and evaluations

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong level of expertise in make-up and beauty techniques
  • Proven experience in retail management, ideally in beauty, fashion, or luxury lifestyle
  • A strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving sales and delivering results
  • Exceptional leadership skills – able to inspire, motivate, and develop others
  • Passion for beauty and makeup, with the ability to connect with customers in an authentic way
