Experienced Construction Manager Wanted

A reputable main building contractor is seeking an accomplished Finishing Foreman to lead a team of carpenters and tradespeople on one of Ireland's largest residential developments.

About the Project:

The successful candidate will oversee the timely completion of projects, managing a team of skilled professionals on a 725-apartment complex with six blocks up to 14 storeys in height, a crèche, café, and foodstore.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of carpenters and tradespeople to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and site managers to achieve project objectives.
  • Maintain adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards.
Requirements:
  • Prior management experience with a construction contractor.
  • Background in leading on-site teams of subcontractors for internal works/facade or groundworks.
  • Experience in residential projects, particularly apartment construction.
  • Carpentry trade background advantageous but not essential.
