Job Opportunity: Finishing Supervisor

Overview:

The ideal candidate will oversee the internal finishes of a commercial project, ensuring quality standards are met and work is completed on schedule. They will report to the Site Manager and work closely with subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate finishing trades on-site
  • Ensure high standards of quality, health & safety, and compliance
  • Monitor and manage snag lists and ensure timely completion
  • Liaise with the project manager, design team, and subcontractors
  • Ensure materials are available and delivered as needed
  • Maintain accurate site records and reports

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or similar role on commercial projects
  • Trade background (carpentry, plastering, etc.) highly desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to interpret drawings and manage multiple trades on-site
  • Valid Safe Pass and manual handling certificates
  • Own transport preferred
