Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled Finishing Foreperson to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the finishing work on large-scale residential projects in Dublin.

Job Description

The Finishing Foreperson will play a crucial role in ensuring that all finishing work is completed to a high standard, within budget and on time. This includes coordinating with the design team, site manager, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the project are carried out efficiently and effectively.

In addition to their technical expertise, the Finishing Foreperson will also be responsible for managing a team of subcontractors, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree or Higher Diploma qualification in Construction Management and/or equivalent trade qualification
  • Significant experience in a similar position, preferably in residential construction
  • Excellent knowledge of trades, particularly carpentry
  • Background in residential construction
  • Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
