Job Title: Finishing Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finishing Foreman to oversee the finishing works on site, ensuring top-quality workmanship.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with tradesmen, subcontractors, and site management to ensure timely completion of projects. They will conduct regular inspections and quality checks, addressing any defects or issues promptly, and manage timelines and work schedules to meet project deadlines.

To be successful in this role, you must have a degree or higher diploma qualification in Construction Management and/or equivalent trade qualification. Significant experience in a similar position is also required, as well as excellent knowledge of trades, particularly carpentry. A background in residential construction is essential, and you should have an excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the finishing process, from preparation to completion, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with site management and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and deliver results that meet or exceed expectations.
