We are seeking an experienced construction leader to oversee and manage the finishing phase of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all finishing work is completed to the highest standards and within specified timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
  • Oversee project schedules: Ensure that all finishing work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Supervise construction workers and subcontractors: Provide guidance and direction to ensure tasks are performed correctly and promptly.
  • Report on project progress: Keep senior managers and stakeholders informed about the status of the finishing work.
  • Maintain quality control checks: Perform regular inspections to ensure the highest quality of work.
  • Coordinate teams: Organize and manage the movement of on-site labor, materials, and machinery.
  • Solve day-to-day problems: Address any issues that arise during the finishing phase to prevent project delays.
  • Sign off and hand over completed work to clients: Ensure that all work is finished to the agreed standards and specifications
Requirements:
  • Background in large-scale residential or commercial construction with a proven track record of successfully leading project teams.
  • Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulations and certification standards.
  • Methodical, excellent attention to detail and accurate with an ability to coordinate multiple priorities at the same time.
