Role Summary

As a Construction Project Lead, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of a residential development project from initiation to completion. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all construction activities are executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and timelines.

You will work closely with various stakeholders, including design teams, contractors, and clients, to facilitate effective communication and coordination throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site staff and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks\
  • Coordinate regular progress meetings and workshops to review project status and action plans\
  • Monitor construction quality and take corrective actions as necessary\
  • Collaborate with Contracts Managers, Site Engineers, and Service Coordinators to obtain accurate and timely information\
  • Work with Senior Engineers to ensure high-quality works are completed\
  • Oversee all finishing works, including internal and external fit-outs, to prepare houses for sale\
  • Hand over completed projects to clients in preparation for sale\

    • Project Management degree or equivalent qualification is essential\
    • Proven track record of managing residential projects from start to completion\
    • Minimum 5+ years' experience in a senior management role\
    • Excellent program management and time management skills\
    • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and related software applications\
