Project Lead - Residential Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead to oversee the successful delivery of residential building projects in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all on-site operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
  • Maintain open communication with clients, consultants, and design teams to ensure progress is clearly understood and addressed.
  • Review project progress and guarantee adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Oversee procurement and materials management, ensuring timely availability and compliance with specifications.
  • Supervise Site Engineers and Managers to facilitate smooth workflow and project coordination.
  • IDentify and resolve construction-related challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • E nsure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards in line with Irish construction regulations.

Requirements:

  • Possess relevant construction/engineering qualification
  • Main contracting experience
  • Previous experience working on residential development construction projects.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated and diligent
  • Strong team leadership skills
  • Analytical and decision-making skills
  • Practical knowledge of the building industry essential
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills
